Jackie Campbell is the president and founder of Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors and CPAs. She has served as a trusted advisor to families and businesses in the Tampa Bay area since 1993. Her mission is to help her clients make smarter financial and tax decisions so they gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they enter retirement while enjoying more confidence.
As founder of Campbell & Company, Jackie’s drive to combine tax planning and accounting services with unparalleled client service came to light in 1993 as one of the youngest female CPA firm owners in the Tampa Bay area. She has not only grown her successful businesses but also leveraged her experience to coach other entrepreneurs and family businesses as they grow and gain clarity about the future of the business and their succession plan.

Monica Haberlin, senior partner of Campbell & Company, focuses on growing businesses, implementing tax efficiency strategies and formulating succession plans. The insight Monica has gained from decades of experience in her own family franchise businesses, as well as counseling and coaching entrepreneurs, helps her grow and scale their businesses from start-up all the way to retirement.
A creative and talented presenter, she has developed her own curricula and provides coaching to hundreds of business owners and successful entrepreneurs. She advises them on how to build teams, manage cash flow, and, through tax efficiency planning, ways to help pay the least amount of taxes legally and keep their businesses compliant with state and federal business laws.

Jim Wilhelm, Senior Partner at Campbell & Company, is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and has worked in the industry since 2001. He began his career in the accounting department at Liberty University while pursuing his undergraduate degree. From there he worked at a regional CPA firm before he relocated to Florida, worked for one of the Big Four CPA firms in Tampa and completed his postgraduate work, eventually making a home at Campbell & Company.
Jim has a long career of working with business owners and families, helping his clients reach income growth and minimization of income taxes. A tax planner and strategist, Jim’s passion for his work is evident in his desire to get the best outcome for his clients. Jim’s goal is to find potential deductions for clients of which they may be unaware. He leverages his detailed knowledge of tax laws and intricate provisions to build upon guidance incorporated in his plans. Jim goes above and beyond to help his clients and to develop and lead his team.
Jim is married to Renee, and they have three children: Logan, Jensen, and Harper. He enjoys playing and watching most sports and spending time with his family.

Randy Kardas, CPA, CITP, CGMA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in accounting and technology. As a Partner of Campbell Technology Advisors LLC and Director of Technology at Campbell and Company, Wealth Advisors & CPAs, he brings innovative solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance business performance. With expertise spanning financial software development and strategic implementation, Randy is passionate about empowering businesses to achieve operational excellence.
As Director of Technology at Campbell & Company Wealth Advisors & CPAs and Partner of Campbell Technology Advisors LLC, Randy Kardas brings a unique blend of financial expertise and technological innovation to his roles. A licensed CPA, CITP, and CGMA, Randy’s career is marked by a commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex financial challenges, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making for clients and businesses.
Randy holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting, which complements his deep technical knowledge and passion for problem-solving. As a software developer, he has been at the forefront of integrating technology into accounting practices, driving efficiency and strategic growth. He has contributed to several advancements in accounting systems and has published insights on finance and technology.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys playing drums and guitar, engaging in tennis and golf, and diving into the worlds of Star Trek, Star Wars, and other science fiction universes. Residing in Pennsylvania with his wife Melissa, whom he married in 2017, and their two children, Matthew and Isabella, Randy values the balance of family life with professional excellence.
RuthAnn graduated summa cum laude from Towson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting in 1998. She received her CPA license in 1999. RuthAnn joined Campbell & Company in August 2019. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified Intuit QuickBooks Proadvisor.
Before moving to Florida in 1998, Heather Bowen was born and raised in the cold weather of Ohio. She has one son, who currently attends UCF, and they enjoy spending their spare time boating and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Heather began pursuing a career in accounting and is a staff accountant with Campbell & Company. Heather received her degree in accounting technology from PHSC.
Jill has been working in the accounting field in human services and private industry since 2000. She is a certified Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.
Raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Jill moved to Florida in 1984. She graduated from St. Leo University in 2008 with her MBA with a concentration in accounting.
Amanda Xenos brings 20 years of accounting industry experience to Campbell & Company. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, with training in forensic accounting and governmental auditing.
In 2018, Amanda completed her Master of Accountancy, and she is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam. She enjoys spending her free time with her family by the pool or exploring the local parks.
Jason was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Brooksville. He is currently a student attending Saint Leo University, pursuing a degree in accounting. With a deep passion for helping others, Jason has been working at Campbell & Company for over a year and is continually growing and learning more every day.
Rachel is an accounting student at the University of Central Florida and an intern in our Trinity/Odessa office for the summer! Rachel is excited to start her career in accounting and learn from the amazing Campbell & Company accounts and tax professionals. Rachel is from New York and in her downtime enjoys playing tennis with friends and family.
Rebekah has been with Campbell & Company since October 2004. She began as a staff accountant but in November 2005 transitioned into more of an administrative role. As operations manager, she is responsible for a wide array of duties, including billing and accounts receivable.
Rebekah’s accounting experience started when she was hired as a receptionist for an accounting firm in Brooksville. Soon, she moved into a position as a staff accountant. She has worked in the field for over 17 years and looks forward to continued growth and success.
Rebekah has a deep love and appreciation for the arts. She graduated from Pinellas County Center for the Arts before attending the University of Tampa, majoring in musical theater. She studied ballet and jazz for 19 years and is classically trained in voice as well.
A Florida native, Rebekah comes from a large family that includes eight brothers and a sister. She was born in Melbourne but grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Rebekah met her husband, Don, when they were cast as Lord and Lady Brockhurst in the musical “The Boyfriend” at the University of Tampa. They were married and moved to Spring Hill in June 2001, where they currently live with their two small dogs.
Cindy owned and operated a local auto repair shop with her husband for many years. With her extensive skills in bookkeeping, Cindy is a vital asset to our team as our firm administrator.
When Cindy is not at work, she is spending time with her first grandson, Alex, who was born in November 2019. Her obsessions include nice shoes and good restaurants, while her passion is volunteering her bookkeeping skills for her church.
Patricia has been a resident of Hernando County since 1987. She is a small business owner, having worked for 10 years in Management in the Hospitality Business. After a tenure of 20 years, she retired in November 2020 as the President & CEO of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. In September 2023, she joined the team as Marketing Director.
Jeanette was born and raised in Illinois with three siblings. She graduated with an associate’s degree in administrative assisting. She has many years of experience working in various customer service roles.
She enjoys spending time with family including her two adult children and three grandchildren.
Before moving to Florida in 2010, Lisa Stuebner was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She is married and has two teenage children, and they enjoy spending their time camping and playing with their three dogs. Lisa has over 20 years of customer service experience and looks forward to many years of growth and success at Campbell & Company.
Tracy is a proud native Floridian, married to her college sweetheart since 1991. They have two amazing children (plus their wonderful son-in-law). Family is very important to Tracy, and, having been an active part of the Hernando County community since 2009, she and her spouse are also grateful for friends who have become like family.
Tracy recently finished 20 years in education and loved being a classroom teacher. Starting her new chapter at Campbell & Company has given her an opportunity to continue using her gift of caring for others as Director of First Impressions in our exciting Spring Hill office.
